AR Communicators come in many shapes and size but all share the same base technology. They are similar to devices that allow for video chatting, but instead the person is now on a projected light screen above the device by pressing a physical flat button on its surface. The user is then shown a holographic menu of contacts that the user can choose to communicate with. In fact, group calls are also possible with it. In addition to that, the device allows the sharing of information to be done mid-call by popping "windows" over the call for the viewing of both the sender and the recipient.
